Our products are handcrafted skincare that comes into direct contact with your skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we can't accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@livingcosmetics.ca or call (250) 777-1777 as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
If we need the item sent back, we'll cover the return shipping and tell you how to send it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
